Joe Wharton

Prior to Joe starting ECM in 2019, he held various management positions for companies for nearly 10 years across London and the Home Counties. With extensive experience of managing high value projects, as well as large teams of engineers and sub-contractors, Joe’s role as the managing director can be felt throughout ECM.

Joe sets the tone for the company's culture and values, and ensure that these are reflected in all aspects of the business.Joe is passionate about the industry in which he has honed his craft for nearly 15 years. He is also insistent on the importance of developing and motivating the company's employees, providing leadership and guidance to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals.
