Gavin Carson

With over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, 15 of which at Directors level, Gavin oversees the day-to-day operations of ECM. 

Gavin’s main role is being responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and according to plan, whilst managing budgets, timelines, resources, and employees. 

Gavin is at the forefront of our site teams setting goals and objectives, implementing policies and procedures, managing our engineers, making strategic decisions, and ensuring the quality of installs is always to ECM exemplary standards.
